Shipping Costs
• Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 within the United States. • Orders under $50 qualify for economical shipping options, typically under $5 depending on destination and package weight. • Shipping rates for paid methods are calculated in real time at checkout based on carrier rates and delivery address. • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and service level.
Order Processing
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. • During high-volume periods, processing may require up to 3 business days. • Orders are shipped in the order received.
We reserve the right to combine multiple orders shipping to the same address.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders ship from our South Carolina facility using reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination and package size.
Tracking information is sent via email once the order ships.
We reserve the right to require signature confirmation on shipments when deemed necessary.
Expedited Orders
Expedited shipping options (including UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, and USPS Express services) must be placed by 11:00 AM EST to ship the same business day.
Large or multi-piece orders may still require standard processing time prior to shipment.
Delivery Timeframes
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
After shipment, domestic deliveries typically arrive within several business days depending on destination and selected service level. Economy and Free shipping options are prioritized after expedited services and may take slightly longer in some cases.
While many U.S. orders are delivered within approximately 2–5 business days after shipment, delivery timing is not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier routing, seasonal volume, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.
Expedited shipping options reduce transit time according to the selected carrier’s service level.
All standard product shipments include tracking information. Small replacement parts or low-value accessory items may ship via standard mail and may not include tracking.
Carrier delivery timelines and guarantees follow the policies of the selected shipping provider (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any applicable:
• VAT • Duties • Brokerage fees • Customs charges
Delivery timelines for international shipments vary by country and customs clearance processes. Thought Out is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Address & PO Box Policies
UPS does not deliver to USPS Post Office Boxes. If UPS is selected and a PO Box is provided, we reserve the right to change the shipping carrier to the appropriate service with similar delivery timing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Shipping Issues & Reporting Deadlines
To allow us to quickly resolve any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery if:
• Your order shows delivered but has not been received • Your shipment was damaged in transit • Items are missing • The wrong item was received
For non-receipt of a package, you must contact us within 30 days of the order date.
Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned due to being refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable (and not due to our error), any refund issued may be subject to:
• Deduction of original outbound shipping costs • Return shipping charges incurred • Applicable restocking fees
Store credit may be issued in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
